FA League Allocations 2026/27

Vics in a new look "Midland" League

NVFC Stay in the Midland League !

The non-league allocations for Season 26/27 done by the FA have been released today and Northwich Victoria FC as expected are remaining in The Midland Football League Premier Division.
However big changes have happened, and the league has expanded to 20 teams from 18 and has become a more northerly looking League with half the Clubs being situated north of Stafford including four from South Manchester.
We have 8 new opposition clubs to face with Sporting Khalsa, Darlaston Town and Wythenshawe Town all being relegated from the Northern Premier League West whilst promoted into the league are Runcorn Town and Stockport Georgians from The North West Counties South and Sutton United from Midland League Division One. The big news is the lateral moves from the North West Counties Premier League of West Didsbury & Chorlton and Cheadle Town to the new look Midland League ( surely name changes will follow one day)
However we lose Hanley Town and 1874 Northwich, both of whom have been promoted to the level above whilst Highgate United and Studley are relegated down to level 6. Coton Green and Stourport Swifts have been laterally transferred.
