Basit is an exciting midfielder
Basit has been at Wythenshawe Amateurs and Alsager Town during the season 2022/23 season then featured for Daisy Hill the following season. He also played for the Macclesfield International Academy before signing for the first team in August 2024.after impressing for the U23s and Reserves as well. He had dual registrations periods, with Colne, Longridge Town and Wythenshawe FC . He then signed for Charnock Richard at the beginning of the 2025/26 season and has made 25 appearances there before making the switch to Northwich Vics in December '25.
