For the first match of 2020, Vics make the short journey down the M6 to take on Hanley Town on Saturday. Hanley currently lie 16th in the table , but they will have been buoyed by their Boxing Day win against Congleton Town , and a narrow defeat at Burscough over the Christmas period.
Vics will be hoping for a better start to 2020 than the finish to 2019 suggests, with no win in the last 5 games, despite leading in four of those matches. Vics will have in their squad , new signing Jamie Forbes to bolster the defence whilst striker Tom Kilifin should be back after work commitments last week.

Directions :
M6 to Junction 15 taking A500 for Stoke. Stay on to flyover, take the 2nd exit after going over the flyover, then keep the right hand lane at traffic lights and turn right, to next roundabout 1st exit towards Leek. Go straight over on next major lights, past the post office on left, carry straight over next roundabout, then at next major traffic lights take the centre lane to turn right for Werrington.
Stay in the left lane and carry straight on through lights, carry on for approximately 1/4 mile. Turn left into Fellbrook Lane and the ground is quarter of mile on the left.
