At the third time of trying Vics hope to make the relatively short journey down to Brocton ( just south of Stafford) on Saturday to take on Brocton FC. The Badgers as they are called were formed in 1937 and were promoted from the North West Counties Division 1 South two seasons ago into the Midland League Premier. They are the current form team of the League as they made it 9 wins from 10 matches when they beat Studley 5 - 0 a couple of weeks ago. Brocton currently lie 9th in the table with 40 points from 21 matches but could push into 3rd if they win their games in hand on those infront.
Vics will be looking to push on again after 3 consecutive wins to again keep the pressure on Hanley who also have a difficult match against lye Town that evening.
This is one of the nearer away fixtures , so why not venture south and cheer the lads on

DIRECTIONS :

Take the M6 to J13 and take the A449 exit towards Stafford South for 1.5 miles and then turn right onto Rickerscote Road. In about 400 yards at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Silkmore Lane and the ground will be on the right in 1/2mile
