Northwich Victoria (CBS) Football Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Wincham Community Centre, Church Street,, Wincham, CW9 6EP on Friday 2nd June 2023 at 7.30pm.
The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Brian Turner Chairman or in his absence Ian Egerton, Vice Chairman. Please ensure you are seated in readiness for the meeting to start, at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. All members of the club are welcome to attend the AGM but any non-members will not be allowed access to the meeting.
During the AGM, all members are entitled to vote and will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions set out below and as usual, we will hold the AGM, in compliance with the rules set out in the ‘Club Rules’.

Anyone wishing to stand for office or to the general club committee, should do so by notifying the club at least 14 days before the AGM (May 19th).

If you wish to stand for election as a Club Officer, you should state the position you wish to stand for,and your nomination should be supported by the name of your proposer and seconder, both of whom must be existing members of the club.
