Both teams will be keen to be back in action after having not played since the end of December. Squires Gate currently lie in 17th position with 30 points, even after an excellent win away at Burscough last time out. The previous fixture back in October between the two teams ended in a 1 - 1 draw with Dean Ing scoring their goal, but the Gate's top scorer has since moved on.

Plenty of free parking is available at the ground, and the gates will open 2.00pm. Hot food ( Pies, Pasties, Chips , Hot Dogs) along with hot and cold drinks and other refreshments all available in the tea hut on the far side of the ground whilst Witton's bar will be open from 1.00pm. Please note that there is no entry to the bar once in the ground BEFORE the match . Entry to the ground is by the turnstiles at the car park end.
Please note that certain covid related restrictions may still apply in the Social Club, so please ensure you follow any rules that the staff ask you to there. This is of great importance as we do not want another season ruined as before. Please be courteous and respect these hopefully short lasting restrictions.
