SUTTON SIGNS: Dynamic Left-Back Commits Future to the Vics
Northwich Victoria are delighted to announce that dynamic left-back Max Sutton has officially committed his future to the club for the upcoming season.

Sutton, who was a vital cog in the Vics' machine last term, made 34 appearances before his season was unfortunately cut short in late February against Brocton. Despite that frustrating conclusion to his campaign, his stellar and consistent performances throughout the year did not go unnoticed—culminating in him winning the prestigious Committee’s Player of the Year award for this season.

Now fully recovered and raring to go, the attack-minded full-back is ready to lock down the left flank once again.

First Team Manager Lee Duckworth expressed his delight at securing Sutton's services for another year, praising both his work ethic and technical quality:

"Max was one of our first retentions last season and we knew we were getting one of the most attacking full backs in the league. He gets up and down well with bags of energy to cause problems to the opposition by exploiting or creating space.

His quality is there for people to see and it’s great that he’s decided to carry on with the club again this year."

After picking up his well-deserved end-of-season silverware, Max Sutton spoke of his excitement to get back on the pitch and help the squad push for ultimate success this time around:
