WELCOME BACK FRAZER COOKSON
Northwich Victoria are delighted to announce that commanding defender Frazer Cookson has return to the Vics for the on going season!

Frazer originally joined the Vics on loan in season 2023/34 from Oldham Athletic making 32 appearances and scoring three goals . He also had a short loan spell at Nantwich Town during that season before rejoining the Vics for another spell on loan. He was released by Oldham Athletic and joined up with Lower Breck where he helped them achieved promotion. This season he had joined Prescot Cables but has made only 4 appearances before switching back to the Vics.

First Team Manager Lee Duckworth said :

"It's great to bring in someone of Frazer's quality. He has an affinity with the Club and feels he has unfinished business here. He's a fantastic defender with a winner's attitude and will be another strong leader of the squad. I'm delighted to get him over the line as he has had a lot of interest higher up the pyramid, a top player "

Frazer had this to say :

"The main reason behind joining is the ambition and hunger at the Club to progress which is exactly what I want to do personally. Also a massive factor is the good set of people and fans at the Club that make playing football a lot more enjoyable and rewarding"

It’s fantastic to have Frazer back for the journey ahead and he is available to be in the squad for tomorrow's match against West Didsbury and Chorlton.
