“We are delighted to welcome a duo of signings from Shrewsbury Town as goalkeeper Zac Prior and defender Karsten Cairns join on loan until the end of the season.

Both youngsters will be looking to gain further experience and help the Trickies finish the current campaign positively as we aim to build momentum for the summer.

Co-Manager Luke Goddard added - Firstly a big thankyou to Charlie and everyone at Shrewsbury for entrusting us to help with the development of both Zac and Karsten over the next few months.

It’s vital we build relations within the game if we are to be successful as a Club long term and it’s always been a plan to reach out to gain some extra additions from Clubs such as STFC and others alike. Alongside this we also have our successful u21s side and pathway through where it’s essential we as a Club look to push as many as we can in and around the first team and help with their next steps into first team football with an aligned approach together as a Club which must and will happen.
