CHEADLE HEATH NOMADS v NORTHWICH VICTORIA

The build up to the 2019/20 season continues as we travel to Stockport to play Cheadle Heath Nomads who are in their second season in the North West Counties Division 1 South after finishing a creditable 8th there in their first season after many years in the Cheshire League. Indeed Nomads are celebrating their centenary this year, and Vics are delighted that we are one of clubs that they are playing as part of this celebration. Nomads include in their squad, former Trickie, Ashley Stott who played for us a few seasons ago .

Vics will be looking to keep up their winning record in pre-season after a 4 - 1 win at Llandudno , and a 2 - 1 win against Lostock Gralam, with John Connolly and new signing Tom Kilifin scoring in both games .

A special Centenary Program will be on sale
There is parking at the ground for around 50 cars and hot and cold food is available whilst the fully licensed bar opens at 1.00pm

Directions

Travelling from Northwich, take the M56 then M60 Anti-clockwise and come off at J2 of the M60 and take the 2nd exit at the exit roundabout SP Stockport A560. At the first set of traffic lights ( by Farmers Arms), turn right, then 3rd exit at the Morrisons roundabout onto Bird Hall Lane. Take the 2nd Right onto Cheltenham Rd, then 2nd Left onto Normanton Ave which in turn leads on to Norbreck Ave after going through a narrow one way railway bridge.
