Membership and Community Share scheme to launch 18th August

Northwich Victoria Football Club was saved by the fans.
It has been run by the fans since the 2016/2017 season.

On 2nd January 2018 the club was converted from a private limited company to a Community Benefit Society (CBS).

We are now proud to announce that the club will officially launch its membership and community share offer.

Membership gives you the fan, the opportunity to officially own a part of the club.
Each member will have an equal say through a vote at the club's AGM on any matters than concern the club, including the election of the clubs committee.
Members will also receive an official membership certificate and there is the added perk of 10% off at the club shop.
Membership will cost £35 with annual renewals at £10.

Community shares are designed to balance social and community aspirations with business logic, providing an opportunity to invest in social outcomes without simply making charitable donations.
Community shares are intended to be repayable and annual interest maybe paid on the shares up to a maximum of 2% above the clearing base (Bank of England) rate.
Community shares can be bought by individuals, organisations or businesses and can range from a minimum of £1 up to a maximum of £6,000.
Everyone who purchases a community share will receive a community share certificate.
Anyone wishing to buy a community share must be a fully paid up member of Northwich Victoria Football Club (CBS) limited, and in the case of any business or organisation a representative must become a member.

Applications forms/instructions for both schemes are available online here
